Fabrics USA take very serious measure while packing right product and color which you have asked for. We make sure we are sending right product and color and complete new and intake product. However if there is any issue about order we request you to contact us at 347-774-5575 or 347-659-6812 or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days after you receive your package.

- Damage, cut or altered
- Fabrics less than 5 yards
- Clearance & sale item
- We are unable to refund or exchange after 7 days from the date you received the package.
- For any return or exchange, if there was no error from our end customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
- For any incorrect or damage fabric ship by Fabrics USA is be responsible for shipping charge. You are required to provide photographic proof of the damage.
